Adam Charlton is the co-founder of FutureFit Energy Ltd, a Sussex-based EPC provider committed to helping homeowners and landlords improve energy efficiency and meet their legal obligations.
With over 20 years of experience in the property industry and a genuine passion for sustainability, Adam brings practical insight, deep local knowledge and a customer-first approach to every assessment he carries out.
As a fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessor, Adam lodges every EPC on the national register within 48 hours of the assessment. Alongside energy certificates, FutureFit Energy offers a full suite of property services — from floorplans and professional photography to 3D virtual tours and mould & damp assessments — all delivered with the same care and professionalism.
